If you still haven’t chosen to go with a good auto responder and are using Hotmail, Yahoo or something like that to email your list, you might want to reconsider. When you do a mass email with let’s say Hotmail, every person you send that email to also sees all the email addresses you are sending your “mass email” too. This is NOT good! For a few reasons, first of all it now loses the personal feel to the reader when they realize this is just another mass email. Second, it shows everyone how many is in your list. So if you are trying to come across is a big time successful marketing and people are seeing you only have 14 people you are emailing, they are going to know you are probably just starting out as well.Thirdly and most importantly, if one of the people you are emailing with your “mass email” decides to be sneaky, that person can simply copy all of your list’s emails and us them for him or herself! Wouldn’t that be a bummer!So bottom line…Get a good auto responder and do things the right way. Be a professional.
